Despite the horrible economy, there is apparently no end to the need for more restaurants and stores. What amazes me is that every restaurant has a waiting line on the weekends! Someone has money!
Buffalo Wild Wings opened in Knightdale. We got free lunch tickets for "Family and Friends" on Tuesday since Rose's daughter Kim works there. Then Wednesday night we got free dinner for "the community". I'm not sure if the free dinner was worth it since we waited 1 1/2 hrs for our meal! The whole point of the free meals is for the servers and cooks to practice so we did have patience but it was a long time to wait.
