We don't have a garden because it's just TOO much work on top of trying to catch a house up from the busyness of the school year. I DO love fresh veggies though. I'm thinking about planting a few pots of vegetables this year. We'll see how that goes... at least they won't need weeding if they are in pots.
Kathy, No, no great recipes. Just simmer them until tender and then top with butter. Of course, that's the ones that were left because everytime I walk by I'd grab a raw one!
